Photos from 2015 Cup Day networking event

Melbourne Cup Rae and StaceyA rainy Sydney day saw office workers scurrying to Cup Day events in their finery across the city and out to Randwick.

Speech_liana-StaceyHosts of the 4th Annual Melbourne Cup networking event, Stacey Martin from Expat Advisors Community, Liana Allan from Migration Alliance along with Jette Radley, Australian China Business Council, welcomed members and guests to “The Rook”, part of the Keystone Group of restaurants, centrally located in the CBD.

In this short address to around 70 guests ahead of the race, Liana acknowledged our multi-cultural history and what it is to be Australian. It was also an historic day for diversity with Michelle Payne being the first female jockey to win the Melbourne Cup, riding outsider Prince Of Penzance to victory at Flemington.

Melbourne Cup Sweep Winners Rae Stanton and Donal Griffin Cup Sweep winners included Donal Griffin from Legacy Law and Rae Stanton, Accurate Expressions web developer.
